We have set up a specialized granulation laboratory which can carry out granulation test at possible granulation equipment according to the materials supplied by customer, so customer can confirm the granulation feasibility in a most direct way. In addition, customer should prepare the materials and send them to our company.

After the contract is signed, we will offer relevant blueprints for client's inspection, and exchange ideas with client to meet the requirements to the largest extent. If there is no special requirement, we will supply spare parts for pilot run of our machine, and this service is free. We will start production after the order is made, and the delivery time depends on customer's requirements on the equipment.

On the other hand, the warranty period of our product is one year. Within this time, we can provide components without any charge if the problem is proven to be caused by product quality. In addition, OEM is not available.
